FineArtNude.club (“the Site”, operated by Edin Chavez Photography Inc.) provides fine art and erotic nude photography and video content by paid membership.

1. Adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this Site. By entering, you represent that you are. We may refuse or terminate access if we believe this is untrue.

2. Membership. Memberships renew automatically at the rate shown at signup until cancelled. You can cancel anytime (see Refund Policy). One membership = one person; do not share your login.

3. Content license. All photos and videos are the property of the Site operator and protected by copyright. Membership grants a personal, non-transferable viewing license only. You may not download for redistribution, republish, resell, screenshot for sharing, or post Site content anywhere else. Violation ends your membership without refund and may carry legal liability.

4. Acceptable use. No scraping, bulk downloading, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass access controls.

5. Model releases and records. The operator maintains signed model releases and government-issued age and identity records for every model appearing in content on this Site that depicts real persons, kept by the records custodian listed on our 2257 Statement page. Some content on this Site is computer-generated and does not depict real persons.

6. Termination. We may suspend or terminate memberships that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability. Content is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before a claim.

8. Governing law. Florida law applies; disputes in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after posting means acceptance.
