FineArtNude.club is operated by Edin Chavez Photography Inc. (“we”). This policy covers what we collect and why.
– What we collect: your name, email address, and password hash when you create an account; billing is processed by our third-party payment processor, which receives your payment details directly – we never see or store full card numbers. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type) and use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your age-gate confirmation.
– How we use it: to run your membership, deliver access, answer support requests, and send essential account emails (receipts, renewal notices, password resets). We do not sell your data.
– Who sees it: our payment processor, our hosting provider (A2 Hosting), and email delivery services – only as needed to operate the Site.
– Retention: account data is kept while your membership is active and afterwards as long as needed for billing, tax, and legal record-keeping. Email support@fineartnude.club to request a copy or deletion of your data.
– Security: HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, restricted admin access.
– Children: the Site is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
– Changes: material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
